Yoga + Health & Wellness Programs

In addition to our Chair Yoga classes and our Roaming Readers, which both offer great opportunities for exercise and camaraderie, the Yorkville Library is also offering this series of Health & Wellness programs, bringing in experts in healthcare, mental health, and nutrition to help inform and guide us to make the best choices for ourselves.

Health & Wellness Presentations

In the new year, we will be offering several Health & Wellness seminars that focus on a variety of topics. In January, we will begin a Healthy Cooking for Seniors series presented by registered nutritionist Jessica Stewart, and in February and March – Northwestern Medicine will be returning to the library with a variety of programs on mental health and women’s health.
